Unlike many industrial certification programs, NAID hires an independent CPP Certified auditor to verify that the applicant company is adhering to all of NAID’s stringent security policies. As well, ongoing unannounced audits are conducted by these 3rd party auditors to guarantee continued compliance. Failure of an audit can result in loss of certification.
